What's Up Doc? Stay Healthy Tip!

TEACHERS BEWARE!! School's in and back strain can become your nemesis. Rearranging desks, picking up infants/toddlers, comforting kindergartners (high school seniors), and coaching various extra-curricula activities increases your chances of straining your back. Lift by bending your knees. Ask for help with moving or lifting heavy objects. Store necessity items at your shoulder level. Have A Healthy Day!
