Stay Healthy Tip of The Day!

Just in case you haven't noticed: It's HOT outside! So please, please start drinking water BEFORE you begin any outdoor activities. Remember caffeine and alcohol will cause you to dehydrate. If you should be thirsty and you're not thirsty, then you are in trouble! You are NOT thirsty with an impending "heat stroke". Have A Healthy Well-Hydrated Day
