10.25.13 Note To Self
"Life can be difficult sometimes, it
gets bumpy. What with family and kids and things not going exactly like you
planned. But that's what makes it interesting. In life the first act is always
exciting. The second act, that is where the depth comes in." - Joyce Van Patten

Health Tip: Find Your Balance!
I truly believe that our body, mind, and soul provide
insight on the true state of our personal health status. Fatigues,
forgetfulness, unwarranted expressions of distress or anger are all signs of an
imbalance. What should you do? Take exactly 60 seconds and be honest about what
is disturbing you. When you find the answer then positively act on a solution.
Not sure where to start? Schedule an appointment with your doctor and discuss
your concerns then follow the instructions/prescriptions given. By all means do
NOT underestimate the
benefits of spiritual and mental health advice/treatment. Have A Healthy Day
(on purpose)!

10.8.13 Note To Self
"What you feed grows. What you starve dies. Don’t feed anxiety, worry, regret or frustration by talking about the wrong things. Instead, feed your faith with hope and joy by declaring God’s Word for your life!"
- Victoria Osteen
