What's Up Doc? Healthy Tip of The Day



Today I made a batch of chicken soup! So today's health tip will be on the medicinal purposes of soup. Generally, a good soup should be loaded with vegetables thus giving antioxidants to fight disease. A protein (chicken, beef, lentils) that will aide in the healing process of injuries and provides a long-term energy source. A small amount of a carbohydrate for rapid energy. Have A Healthy Day!!
